Disappointing experience

I was surprised that the sweatshirt I ordered was labeled “final sale” upon arrival, as this was not indicated on the e-receipt or during checkout. While the design is cute, the sizing is teeny-tiny, and the fabric is thick with no stretch or give. Unfortunately, I am now out nearly $100, and my daughter won’t be able to wear the sweatshirt to represent her alma mater. An exchange would have been a win for all.

LOVE IT

I did not know the turtle neck was spandex or the other sweat shirt I accidently ordered a XSM but some how I could fit it. I should have ordered at least a med.
