Well Made But On Small Side

No complaints about the product itself as it was well made. I'm not sure why so many tops are crop like. The size small that I purchased is on the XS side. Instead of going through an elongated period of trying to identify an appropriate size or send it back--I will instead affix the garment to a bulletin board as I am an educator. It literally is that small.

I know that I received my order as month ago, but I just opened the package. I received the Johns Hopkins pullover instead of the turtleneck I actually ordered. Is there any way to fix the issue?
