I did not receive my order

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone about two weeks now about I did not receive the order. I didn’t even receive a tracking email where I can track my order. Is bad. It’s hard for customer to not able to get in contact with you all. I went through the same process of ordering a jacket two years ago one size and it came to me a size smaller I can never get in contact with anyone to return the item 2 years ago and here we go again I haven’t even received the order this time. I have been texting emailing calling no return call no return email.

We emailed you and responded to you in our Instant Message. We sent you screenshoots and UPS receipts showing you your order was delivered to you on June 2nd. If you're saying it never was received you need to file a claim with UPS
