HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESSING WORK?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days (typically 3-5 business days).
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Submit. You will then receive and email from our customer service department with a Return Order Number. You can then package and ship the item back to us at the address below.
The cost of shipping is not refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is a result of our error. Credits are issued back to the original method of payment for the returned product.
